DMCA & Copyright Policy

Effective: September 6, 2025

clothedtube is committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders and abides by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your work has been shared here without permission, you may submit a notice through our contact form, and we will investigate immediately.

How to Send a DMCA Notice

Your submission must contain all of the following details in order to be processed:

  1. Your personal details
Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work
Identify the material you claim ownership of. If multiple works are involved, you may list them together.
  3. Location of the infringing content
Provide the precise URL(s) on clothedtube where the content appears.
  4. Good faith statement
Declare that you genuinely believe the disputed material is not authorized by you, your representative, or the law.
  5. Accuracy declaration
Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
  6. Signature
Electronic or physical signature. A typed full name will be accepted as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice using our contact form. Please include:

  1. Your full contact information.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its former location on clothedtube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where clothedtube operates) and willingness to accept service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your signature, either electronic or physical.

We may reinstate the content within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed legal action.

Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly upload infringing material may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Infringing content may also be removed at any time without prior notice.

False or Misleading Claims

Knowingly filing false DMCA notices or counter-notices may expose you to legal liability, including damages and attorney fees. If you are unsure of your rights, please consult an attorney before proceeding.
